What is Lifestyle Inflation?

Lifestyle inflation is common as a person advances through their career. Lifestyle inflation is when the money you have to spend after paying all your bills for necessities increases as your income increases. In other words, you have more money left over after you pay the mortgage or rent, make your car payment, buy groceries, pay your utility bills and such.

As you earn more money, you have more money to buy the things and services you want that you could not buy when you were earning less. This could be a boat or motorcycle, a foreign vacation, a new wardrobe or taking an exotic cruise.

Lifestyle inflation can put you behind the 8-ball for the rest of your life if you allow it. It will prevent you from getting out of debt, saving for retirement, paying for college for your kids or being able to…

THE MASTERMIND BEHIND THE KIDNAPPING OF TWO CHILDREN IN SHAURI MOYO ARRESTED.

Detectives have arrested the kidnapper behind the disappearance of two children in Shauri Moyo, Nairobi. 20-year-old Masten Milimu Wanjala, in a shocking revelation admitted to have kidnapped the children and executed them in cold blood.

The bloodthirsty murderer revealed to detectives that he executed the harmless children, Charles Opindo Bala, 13 and Junior Mutuku Musyoki, 12, who disappeared on June 30 and July 7, 2021, respectively.

Wanjala, who is believed to have murdered over 10 minors, led detectives to the spot where he committed the beastly act and disposed off the bodies in Kabete.
He had earlier contacted Musyoki’s mother Felista Wayua, demanding for a ransom of Sh50,000.

in exchange of her son’s freedom. Opindo’s father Tony Opindo, whose son never returned home from Sagaret Primary School in Majengo, was asked to send Sh30,000 to buy his son’s freedom. Detectives are currently interrogating the criminal, to establish the whereabouts of the other children he is believed to have kidnapped and executed. More details shall be provided as investigations ensue.

KAREN DCIO(SCCIO) WANJIRU WAIGAJO LAID TO REST IN NYERI.

KAREN DCI officer Ann Wanjiru who collapsed and died at a friend’s party was buried yesterday at her father’s home in Gikiriri village, Nyeri County.

A pathology report concluded that she died of deep throat thrombosis (blood clots in veins). There were rumours that she had been married to two men, fuelling suspicion over her sudden death.

“I have appealed to the Inspector General of Police to initiate a public inquest in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code Cap 75, section 386 sub-section 1c to establish the cause of her death,” says Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua to whom the late officer was a friend.

TRACKING CAROLINE KANGOGO IS HARD

DCI Says Tracking Killer Cop Is Hard Because She No Longer Uses Her phone.

Police now say tracking killer police officer Caroline Kangogo is hard as she no longer uses her known phone.

The officers said they will now look for her physically in hotels, lodges and any other place suspected she might be hiding in.

For more than a week now, Kangogo, accused of killing two men, is still on the loose after managing to escape several police dragnets.

To boost and intensify the search the rogue police officer described as armed and dangerous, DCI has mobilised a multi-agency team from elite units in the force.

The team comprises the police, military and those from the investigations agency. Being unreachable on phone, the unit will physically conduct surveillance on major roads including Nairobi-Nakuru-Eldoret and Nairobi to Mombasa.

The team will also conduct a search in hotels, lodges and other places thought the fugitive could be hiding.
