Six police officers were yesterday 19th June, 2021 arrested by police officers from Kasagram police station for contravening curfew orders. The six together with other six civilians were arrested in Black Pearl bar And restaurant at Nyamasaria shopping center in Kasule sub location drinking.
The six , five from Nyakacho Police Station and one from Central police station in Nakuru and the other six were placed in custody at Kondole police station appearing drunk and disorderly waiting to be arraigned in court on Monday the 21st June 2021.
The county of kisumu had been placed under strict measures to curb the spread of Covid 19. Recently kisumu has been the epi center of covid 19 due to the madaraka day celebration forcing the government to place the lake region counties under lock down.
